On November 19th<\/sup>, Wine Spectator<\/strong> dedicated a live web tasting to two \u201cgreat classics\u201d of Ferrari Trento, Ferrari Brut<\/em> and Ferrari Ros\u00e9 Trentodoc<\/em>. Wine Spectator Grand Award winning sommeliers from Landry\u2019s hospitality group<\/strong>, explored, with the help of our President Matteo Lunelli Trentino region and Trentodoc sparkling wines<\/strong><\/p>\n

What emerged is the great versatility of these bubbles, ideal for celebrating the upcoming holydays, but also to be enjoyed throughout the meal, with combinations that may seem unusual, but which are often surprising, such as red meat or sashimi for Ros\u00e9, or even pizza or pasta, depending on the ingredients, for both Ros\u00e9 and Brut.<\/p>\n
