Relais&Chateaux Italia in New York with Perlé and Giulio Ferrari
A “Taste of Italy”. This is what Relais&Chateaux Italia has proposed on 16th March in New York, to present the fabulous chain of hotels to the Americans and to make its invitation more seductive great Ferrari vintages were used for the toasts: Perlé 2005 and Giulio Ferrari 2001. This Relais&Chateaux Italia event was very exclusive, and it saw the Lunelli family bubbles accompany dishes by Chef Davide Brovelli of Il Sole di Ranco. Toasts were also made, again with Ferrari, the only bubbles allowed, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Unity of Italy, seeing as while “A Taste of Italy” took place, in Italy the national holiday of 17th March was dawning.
