Falstaff awards, for the first time, 100/100 to an Italian sparkling wine: Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore

Ferrari Trentodoc belongs to this second category, as confirmed by receiving 100 points – the prestigious Falstaff magazine’s first-ever perfect score for an Italian sparkling wine – with the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2016.

This is an unprecedented milestone for a sparkling wine outside of Champagne and represents the second time a label from the Gruppo Lunelli’s winery has received a 100/100 score from an international opinion leader. Last year, this historic achievement was reached by the Ferrari Riserva Lunelli 2009, which was awarded 100/100 by Decanter.
