Art of Hospitality
Ferrari’s bubbles portray a real lifestyle centred around the joy of sharing, where hospitality plays a pivotal role whenever food and wine are under the spotlight.
This is the reason why Ferrari Winery decided to emphasize the role of those able to turn hospitality into an art in the restaurant industry.
Identità di Sala - Rinascita: i primi passi
29th June 2020
Ferrari and Identità di Sala have continued their virtual meetings and once again brought together some important figures in the restaurant and hospitality sector to exchange their points of view and experiences, roughly a month after reopening following the Covid-19 emergency.
“Identità di Sala – Rinascita: i primi passi” (literally, “Rebirth: the first steps”), the webinar organised on 29th June 2020, offered an encouraging overall picture in spite of this time of difficulty, demonstrating how those who have always believed in excellence and fine hospitality have already gained once more a positive feedback from their clients, as well as the confidence to face the future with optimism.
Ferrari Trento and Identità di Sala have not stood still, bringing together (virtually) some important figures in the restaurant and hospitality industries to talk about restarting after the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 emergency.
“Identità di Sala – Idee per il futuro”, held on 20th May 2020, gave an injection of optimism and many useful ideas for facing this new beginning with a positive attitude and with creativity, essential characteristics of a typical Italian welcome.
Ferrari returns to Identità Golose with a full diary of appointments dedicated to the Art of Hospitality. Great success for the day devoted to Identità di Sala (“Identity in Service”) and for the discussion panel “Wine, the trump card”.
“When we say that tradition is innovation that has been successful, it is as if we are becoming conscious of the creative process, made up of lots of little – and sometimes also large – steps.”
