Ferrari Brut celebrates its World Champion Blanc de Blancs title with a fresh new look
Elegance, sustainability, and contemporary style come together in a revamped design that also embraces Ferrari Rosé and Ferrari Demi-Sec.
Ferrari Trento unveils the restyling of its Classic Line, with the aim of expressing even more clearly the distinctive quality of its Trentodoc sparkling wines and, in particular, Ferrari Brut, the company’s flagship label. Long considered the quintessential Italian celebratory wine, Ferrari Brut was crowned just a few days ago as World Champion Blanc de Blancs by The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships, the most authoritative international competition dedicated exclusively to sparkling wines.
The new packaging of Ferrari Brut, Rosé, and Demi-Sec — soon available on the market —combines elegance and modernity without sacrificing the authenticity that has made Ferrari a symbol of Italian style around the world. The refined, internationally inspired design was created to strengthen the bond with loyal consumers while also appealing to a younger audience, sensitive to aesthetics and brand recognition. Every element has been carefully designed to convey prestige and enhance the bottle’s appearance even in display contexts, giving it an even more iconic and instantly recognizable presence.
Ferrari Brut remains faithful to the black and white colour palette that has distinguished the winery since the time of Giulio Ferrari. For Ferrari Rosé and Demi-Sec, however, the colour codes change: the Rosé adopts a new shade of pink, while the change is more significant for the Demi-Sec, which now features an elegant dark blue label. The latter also introduces a new name on the label — Vellutum — chosen to evoke the enveloping softness of a sparkling wine ideal for pairing with desserts.
The gift box of the entire line have also been redesigned, featuring a style that enhances the visibility of the Ferrari brand and integrates, on one of the four sides, a narrative element that tells the story of the wine and the values of the company.
Alongside the aesthetic evolution, the restyling reflects an increased focus on sustainability. The front labels, characterized by a refined texture, are made from Cotton Extra White, a material composed of 100% residual fibers from cotton seeds — a byproduct of the textile industry. The neck label uses rPaper Black, a recycled and FSC-certified paper, while the gift box are made from fully recyclable paper.
This approach combines aesthetic sensitivity with environmental responsibility, perfectly in line with the vision of the Lunelli Group and seeks to highlight — through the care given to the packaging — the excellence of what lies within. Excellence that, in addition to recognition at the World Championships of Sparkling Wines, is confirmed by the ratings of major international opinion leaders. Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Decanter, to name a few, have awarded Ferrari Brut a score of 91/100, while Wine Enthusiast even granted it 92/100. But for over a century, the most meaningful acknowledgment has come from consumers, who through their constant appreciation have made Ferrari Brut the leading label among Italian sparkling wines.
Ferrari Trento promotes a culture of drinking responsibly which is part of the Italian Art of Living.
It is a culture linked to the ritual nature of food and the celebration of convivial occasions, in which consumption is moderate and informed.
