Ferrari Trento and Locanda Margon alongside the Istituto Alberghiero of Levico Terme within the “Adotta una Scuola” project

Villa Flora hosted the opening lunch of the We Hospitality project, an initiative that places enthusiasm, talent and the future of hospitality at its core.

An event that begins at the table to tell a bigger story: the energy and dedication of young people who are training to become the professionals of tomorrow.

The protagonists were the students of the Istituto di Formazione Professionale Alberghiero of Levico Terme, supported by Michelin-starred chef Edoardo Fumagalli and the professionals of Locanda Margon.

In both the kitchen and the dining room, the students demonstrated the skills they have acquired by presenting a Locanda Margon menu designed to highlight the local territory and contemporary technique, paired with Ferrari Trento sparkling wines and the wines of Tenute Lunelli.

The initiative was part of We Hospitality, the event that from March 3 to 5 transformed Hotel Flora in Roncegno into a real teaching restaurant open to the public. Over three days, students from the Dining Room, Kitchen and Advanced Training programs had the opportunity to test themselves in a real-world setting, experiencing the pace, responsibilities and rewards of the working world.

We Hospitality is part of the national “Adotta una Scuola” project promoted by Fondazione Altagamma, which the Gruppo Lunelli has supported since 2023. The initiative aims to bring schools and businesses closer together in a practical way, creating opportunities for growth through internships, company experiences and lessons led by the Gruppo’s managers and hospitality professionals.
