Ferrari Perlé Zero Trentodoc has obtained Tre Bicchieri with Cuvée Zero11
The “Preview Tre Bicchieri” of Gambero Rosso was a very nice surprise for Ferrari Perlé Zero – Cuvée Zero11, the “zero dosage” Trentodoc wine by Ferrari Trento.
This is only its second edition on the market, but Ferrari Perlé Zero Trentodoc has already reached the top of Italian wines, as confirmed by one of the most prestigious wine guides such as Gambero Rosso. It is undoubtedly another success of Ferrari Trento oenologists, who have created a unique and inimitable cuvée solely from Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the mountainside vineyards and carefully selected to produce a traditional method with zero dosage, i.e. without “liqueur d’expedition”.
It is the result of a precise blending of different vintages, where the basic wines have been expertly skipped for many years between stainless steel, wood and glass and, such as in the notes of a symphony, they have been skilfully orchestrated before reaching the maximum precision in the final blend. Ferrari Perlé Zero is identified from the year in which the wine went into the bottle, thus underlining its long aging.
This cuvée, refined for more than 6 years in the bottle, represents the best of the wines from Trentino together with other wines from Trentodoc. This denomination has become the ambassador of the region in Italy and abroad. It expresses the essence of bubbles from the mountains, exclusively produced with Classical Method and solely from grapes coming from Trentino.
