Five gold medals to Ferrari Winery at The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2016

In the run up to the prize-giving ceremony scheduled for September 1 that last year crowned Ferrari Winery Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year, The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships released the names of its 2016 medal-winners and once again Ferrari Trentodoc sparkling wines are well represented in this year’s list.

The judging panel, that includes also Tom Stevenson, founder of the competition and one of the biggest experts in the Champagne industry, awarded the astonishing number of five gold medals to Ferrari Winery for Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2000 in Magnum format, Ferrari Riserva Lunelli 2007, Ferrari Perlé 2008, and Ferrari Brut in the 75cl and Magnum formats.

In addition to the excellent grades received by Ferrari Brut in renowned international wine guides such as Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator, which attributed 90 points to this wine, these medals certify once again the exceptional quality of the historical label crafted by Ferrari Winery, a statement of the perfect combination between Trentino and Chardonnay grapes.

Ferrari Trento promotes a culture of drinking responsibly which is part of the Italian Art of Living.
