THE MOUNTAIN
Ferrari Trento’s sparkling wines are crafted from grapes grown in mountain vineyards, in the most suitable areas of Trentino. The alternation of warm days and cool nights enhance the fruit, endowing each cluster with a uniquely rich spectrum of aromas and fragrances.
TRENTINO, ITALY’S LARGEST CHARDONNAY VINEYARD
The grapes come from132 hectares of estate-owned vineyards and from more than 600 Trentino-based partner growers, who receive continuous support from a dedicated team of 8 agronomists.
Once the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bunches reach full ripeness, the grapes are harvested strictly by hand and brought to the winery, where the winemaking process begins.
