The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities.
The 15th annual Festival will take place February 24 – 28, 2016 and this year will also feature Ferrari Trentodoc sparkling wines during two main appointments.
On Friday 60 US top chefs will showcase their most gourmet samplings paired with over 100 wines rated 90 points or higher on Wine Spectator's scale. Ferrari Brut NV Trentodoc and Ferrari Perlé Rosé 2008 Trentodoc to represent ?Ferrari Winery. The Fontainebleau Miami Beach sets the perfect stage with its own blend of Golden Era glamour and modern luxury to host this grand walk-around affair.
The Festival in collaboration with Wine Spectator also invites both novices and aficionados who seek a serious education in the finer things in life to its tastings. A special seminar titled “Mountain Chardonnay – winning the challenge of time” and dedicated to #FerrariTrento will take place Saturday morning. Ferrari Winery’s Chairman Matteo Lunelli will guide this special vertical tasting featuring four different house labels and six different vintages (2008 and 2006 for Ferrari Perlé Trentodoc, 2006 for Ferrari Riserva Lunelli Trentodoc, 2004, 1997 and 1995 for Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore).
