In large format, vintage Trentodoc sparkling wines that convey the essence of Ferrari Trento’s style. A dedicated cuvée, aged on the lees for at least five years, expressing in the glass all the elegance, freshness, and complexity of the finest mountain-grown Chardonnay grapes from Trentino.

Jéroboam, Methuselah, Salmanazar, and Balthazar are named after biblical figures. Over time, their names have become synonymous with the bottle sizes themselves.
Trentodoc
It rests in the darkness of the Ferrari Trento cellars, patiently aging on the lees for a minimum of 24 months.
In the mountain vineyards of the most suitable areas, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
