The Ferrari Perlé Nero 2017, Trentodoc and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2015, Trentodoc win the 5 Grappoli in the Bibenda 2025 Guide, the highest award assigned by the prestigious publication edited by the Italian Sommelier Foundation, which every year rewards the excellence of the Italian wine scene.
Ferrari Perlé Nero Riserva 2017, the house's only Blanc de Noirs, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, stands out for the elegance of its fruity and spicy notes. The Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2015, the Trento winery's iconic label, also in this vintage confirms itself as the most noble Italian sparkling wine, capable of meeting the challenge of time with over 10 years of ageing on the lees.
The award-winning Ferrari Trento labels are an authentic expression of Trentino and its mountain viticulture. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from which these extraordinary sparkling wines are born, fully exalt the unique characteristics of this territory, with its well-suited soils and pronounced temperature ranges that give the wines elegance, freshness and marked aromatic complexity.
The award ceremony took place on November 16th at the Cavalieri Hotel in Rome during the presentation of the Bibenda Guide, now in its 27th edition, an important appointment for producers, experts and wine enthusiasts.
