The lights of Las Vegas light up for Ferrari Perlé
At the gala dinner, that will take place on the evening of December 5th and called the Grand Banquet, the six-course menu will be presented by three world renowned chefs: Emeril Lagasse, Daniel Boulud and Buddy Valastro. The first course, by Buddy Valastro, will be paired with Ferrari Perlé 2006 and Matteo Lunelli, Chairman of Ferrari Winery, will have the honour to introduce this unique Trentodoc.
In the following two days, Ferrari Winery will offer its Trentodoc in various tastings that will occur between the Venetian and the Palazzo in Las Vegas, along with other winemakers from all over the world.
